The fee is as listed, $39.99, which is equivalent to 1/2 hour of labor.  Should you decide to get your machine repaired through our office, we will only charge you the remaining 1/2 hour, bringing your total up to the full hour of $79.50 + parts.  We reccommend purchasing the diagnostic if your machine is still functioning, but seems on the verge of breaking.  If it is already obviously broken, we suggest you go ahead and purchase the Full Hour Printer Labor to avoid any delays.
