The listed fee of $79.50 is for approx one hour of labor and maintenance on your machine.  Any parts necessary for the repair will be extra, and will be discussed before hand if they are excessively expensive.  Should the repair prove to be more difficult and require excessive effort, we will take the machine to our office and inform you of any excess charges before they accure.  We reccommend purchasing the full repair if your printer is completely or obviously broken.  If it is still functioning, but seems on the verge of breaking, we suggest you go with the the 1/2 Hour On Site Printer Diagnostic at a reduced cost.
